What can I expect at Center City Church?
You should expect to be greeted by the church family. Most of our greeters and team members have real-life stories to share with regards to their faith journey. They are everyday people who want to share and welcome you into our church home.
We start with praise and worship, which leads to giving, announcements, and then our message. Service is focused around a theme or particular scripture and is biblically-based. We close with continued worship and ministry time.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before services start. Being early gives you an opportunity for fellowship and to truly experience our church family.
Is there something for my kids?
Our children’s ministry is called CityKids. We have programs and services from newborns to age 11. These programs and services are available for the Sunday 10AM service and Wednesday night services.
We provide a warm and loving teaching experience for your kids so that you can focus on the service. We are security-focused, and we use state of the art processes and procedures to ensure the safety of your children while they are away from you.
Is there something for my teenagers?
Our middle school age program is called Wildfire. This is for grades 6th through 8th. Our senior high program, which is called Ignite, is for grades 9th through 12th.
How long do services last?
Service lasts typically 1.5 hours, but many of our church family stay for prayers and additional ministry or to participate in baptisms after service.
Can you explain worship time?
Our praise and worship is a time of joy. Our worship leaders work to create an environment that allows all to participate. We believe this is how we come into His presence (Psalm 100:4), that God inhabits the praise of His people (Psalm 22:3) and that it is pleasing to God (Psalm 69:30,31)

We believe in encouraging families to build their lives on the foundation of Christ. This means we work hard to provide engaging opportunities for all members of our church community, including children and teenagers. Parents who wish to take advantage of CityKids (our children’s ministry) are asked to drop their children off 15 minutes before service. Please leave enough time to properly check in your kids before events or service begins.
