How to Request Counseling

To begin the process of receiving biblical counseling through Hope Restored Ministries, please follow the steps below:

Click the link to access our secure Biblicare portal:

STEP 1:  Click “Create a New Account” and fill in your contact information.

STEP 2:  Complete any required forms. 

STEP 3:  Click the “Submit Care Request” button.

Thank you for filling out the intake forms provided after registration. These forms help us better understand your needs and how we can support you.

Submit your completed intake. Once your forms are received, a member of our Hope Restored staff will reach out to you to schedule an intake session by phone or video conference.
