About Theron Glenny
Theron and his wife (Mizpah) have committed their lives to raising up the next generation to have an authentic relationship with God and hit their targets in life. Theron is one of the co-founders of Arrows Christian Academy and a part of the original Center City Church planting team. Theron and his wife Mizpah moved to Altoona after serving the community of Tyrone for fifteen years through the youth ministry of Joshua House.
Theron has a bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministry from Messiah University and a master’s degree in Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship from Regent University. Theron’s professional career has been in software startups, most recently with Outreach Corporation and Greaser Consulting. Theron was employee #7 at Outreach Corporation and helped the company grow from $1 million to $80 million ARR and a $3 billion evaluation. Theron serves on the boards of both Arrows Christian Academy and Joshua House.
For fun, Theron loves to spend quality time with his beautiful bride, Mizpah and their four kids. He also enjoys shooting his bow, training for mountainous hunting adventures, fly-fishing, playing hockey and basketball, and geeking out on go-to-market strategies.
