About Jim Kilmartin

Jim Kilmartin is the Senior Pastor of Center City Church in Altoona, PA. Jim is a dedicated husband and a father of 6 kids. He is the Founder of Joshua House, a dynamic youth outreach ministry, and the Owner/Operator of Pinnacle Cleaning Services, a commercial cleaning company, servicing the Central Pennsylvania area. Jim served as the mayor of Tyrone, PA from 2006-2010, as well as a past Program Manager of the Blair Chamber’s Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!). Jim strongly believes in living his faith. He is called to be a model of faith-based leadership; teaching others that an individual’s faith journey must continue outside of the Church.

Jim was ordained and commissioned into Ministry on November 22, 1998, when he started Joshua House in Tyrone, PA as a ministry to at-risk youth. The Ministry of Joshua House has steadily grown from meeting in his parents’ basement to a storefront to a re-purposed fire-hall and now to the newly purchased Tyrone Armory, in Tyrone, PA.

Jim and his wife, Jessica, served on the leadership and pastoral teams together at Keystone Church in State College since the early 2000s. On August 28, 2016, Pastors Perry and Jacquie Babb and Keystone Church commissioned and launched the Kilmartins to follow God’s calling and plant Center City Church in Altoona, PA.
