Cross the Threshold!!
Over the past weeks, we’ve dug deep into the transformative power of prayer, reaffirming the undeniable truth that Kingdom prayer changes things. And, when we listen, it also directs us into new seasons.
As we read in Ecclesiastes: “To everything, there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.”
Over the past two Sundays, we acknowledged that our lives and church body also experience seasons. And we crossed the threshold to symbolize walking bodily with God into our new season. This transition, marked by Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, reminded us that we are stepping into a fresh chapter, a new year, and a new season of growth and blessings.
As we cross this threshold both together and as individuals, let us do so with prayer and brimming with expectation, knowing that we are precisely where God intends us to be at this moment in our faith journey.
In the coming weeks and months, we will continue to pray fervently and listen attentively for God’s guidance, trusting that His divine plan is unfolding before us. With open hearts and open minds, we embark on this new season together, strengthened by the knowledge that our prayers can move mountains and transform our lives and community.
